How We Use Cookies

We use only the cookies and browser storage that the website and the app need to work. We don’t use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. If you choose to open a map on our website, Google Maps loads it and may set its own cookies, under Google’s own privacy policy.

Booking and Staff Pages

The booking status page keeps your booking’s access key in your browser’s storage so the page still works when you come back from the payment page. It is strictly necessary and is not used for tracking. The staff sign-in uses two strictly necessary cookies. The DU Clean app uses two strictly necessary cookies: one keeps you signed in (for up to 30 days) and one recognises your phone when you sign in (for 180 days). The app also keeps your name and your list of bookings in your browser’s storage, and its own files on your device, so it opens straight away and still shows your bookings without a connection. Both are removed when you sign out or clear your browser data. None of this is used for tracking or advertising.
